Standard requirements for self-inspection of Tower lifting and rotation:
1. A balance valve or hydraulic lock shall be provided and connected to the cylinder with a hard tube.
2. When there is no central collector ring, a rotary limit should be set. The rotating part should be free to rotate in the non-working state. No stopper should be set up.
